When will I get it?

  • Most orders ship within 1–2 weeks of your order, or of your proof approval if you asked for a design proof.
  • Plastic kits ship within 2–5 business days, or together with your graphics.
  • You’ll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. At the latest, we deliver within 30 days of your order or proof approval.

Shipping costs

  • Graphics kits ship free, worldwide.
  • Plastic kits: Lithuania €6 · most of Europe €29.90 · USA €39.90 · Canada and Japan €59.90 · Australia €64 · other countries from €36.90. Graphics kits in the same order still ship free.
  • Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Outside the EU, you pay any import VAT, customs duties and courier clearance fees charged in your country.

Cancelling and returns

  • Graphics and everything we print for you: made only for you, so they can’t be cancelled or returned once ordered. Faulty items are always covered (see below).
  • Plastic kits, if you live in the EU, EEA or UK: you can return them within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, whether you ordered them alone or with graphics.
    • Email us first, then send them within 14 days to Bijūnų g. 17, 66226 Druskininkai, Lithuania.
    • You pay the return shipping.
    • You can unpack them and check the fit. If they come back fitted, drilled, scratched or with stickers on, we deduct the lost value.
    • This doesn’t apply to plastics we fitted graphics on.
  • Plastic kits, everywhere else: not returnable unless faulty.

Something’s wrong with my order

If anything arrives damaged or faulty, email photos and your order number to [email protected] as soon as you notice. We’ll reprint or replace the faulty pieces free of charge, or refund you if we can’t. You’re covered by a 2-year legal guarantee. Mistakes in details you gave us or approved in a proof aren’t faults, so please double-check your bike details, name and race number before you order.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days. For returned plastics, we may wait until they’re back with us. Your bank may take a few more days to show the refund.
