What we collect, and why

Do you have to give us your data? To order, yes: we need your contact and delivery details and your order details, otherwise we can’t make or deliver your order. Everything else (newsletter, statistics and marketing cookies) is optional.

Who we share it with

Only with those who need it to do their job for us:

  • Payments: Stripe and PayPal.
  • Delivery: FedEx and SmartPosti, and our production partner in Lithuania, which prints, packs and ships your order in our name.
  • Website: our hosting provider, and Cloudflare, which protects and speeds up the site.
  • Newsletter: Sender (UAB Sender.lt, Lithuania), which stores subscribers’ email addresses and sends our newsletter.
  • Fonts: Adobe Fonts (Adobe), which delivers the typeface on our product pages. To load it, your browser connects to Adobe’s servers, which receive your IP address; Adobe Fonts sets no cookies for this.
  • Google: address suggestions at checkout, spam protection for our forms (reCAPTCHA) and, with your consent where required, Google Analytics.
  • Meta: Meta Pixel and Conversions API, with your consent where required, to measure our ads.
  • Automattic: Jetpack Stats, which counts visits without cookies, and WooCommerce Analytics, with your consent where required.
  • Our own tools: email, order and production management, accounting, and AI tools that help us process orders and messages.

A full, up-to-date list of the companies we use is available on request. We never sell your personal data.

Outside the EU/EEA: some of these providers are based in, or use servers in, other countries such as the USA. When your data leaves the EU/EEA, it’s protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. Ask us if you’d like more detail.

How long we keep it

  • Orders, invoices and payment records: 10 years, as Lithuanian accounting law requires.
  • Uploaded logos and reference images: 1 year after your order.
  • Messages: up to 3 years after our last contact.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
  • Cookies: see the list below.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict its use, or to get a copy of it. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this doesn’t affect anything done before.

Your right to object: you can object at any time to our use of your data for marketing. You can also object to any use based on our legitimate interest, for reasons relating to your situation.

Visitors from the EU/EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked before any statistics or marketing cookies are used. For visitors from other countries, these cookies are on by default. Everyone can change their choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
