1. Who we are

litgraphics.eu (“LIT Graphics”, “we”, “us”) is run by Povilas Kazlauskas, a sole trader working under individual activity certificate No. 1089568.
Address (also for returns): Bijūnų g. 17, 66226 Druskininkai, Lithuania.
Contact: [email protected] · +370 626 18990.
We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to our prices.

2. About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed on litgraphics.eu. Please read them before you order. If you buy as a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.

3. Our products

  • Made to order. Our graphics kits, helmet graphics, number-plate graphics, rim wraps and fork wraps are printed for your order. We print them for the bike you choose, with your details: year, make, model, rider name, race number, colours, logos and reference images.
  • Stock items. Our plastic kits are standard parts from our supplier.
  • Installation (optional). We can fit the graphics on plastics for you.
  • Product photos show a design on a sample bike. We adapt the design to the bike you tell us. Colours on screen can look slightly different from the printed kit, and chrome and holographic materials look different in different light.
  • Graphics kits don’t include plastics, seat covers or stands unless the product says so.

4. Your order

  • When you click the payment button at checkout, you make an offer to buy. The contract is made when we email you the order confirmation.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order before production, for example if a price was clearly wrong, a payment can’t be verified, or a design or logo can’t legally be printed. If we do, we refund everything you paid.
  • Please check your details before you order. We print the bike details, rider name, race number and files you give us, or the proof you approve. A mistake in those isn’t a fault. A print that differs from your order or approved proof is our fault, and we’ll put it right (section 9).

5. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in euros. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link (processed by Stripe), by PayPal, or by bank transfer.
  • Bank transfer: please pay within 7 days. We start your order once the payment arrives. Orders not paid within 7 days are cancelled.
  • Outside the EU: you are the importer. You pay any import VAT, customs duties and the courier’s clearance fees charged in your country. If you refuse a parcel because of these charges, we can’t refund made-to-order items, and for plastic kits we deduct the cost of the parcel coming back from your refund.

6. Design proof

  • Stock designs: you can ask for a design proof by email before we print (“Yes, please send it to my email”). If you choose “No, just do it”, we start production straight away and the design can’t be changed afterwards.
  • Full custom designs always include a design proof. Nothing is printed until you approve it.
  • Two rounds of changes to the proof are included. Further changes are possible by agreement.
  • Once you approve a proof, we print exactly what you approved.

7. Production and delivery

  • Most orders ship within 1–2 weeks of your order, or of your proof approval if you asked for a proof. Adding plastics, installation or a seat cover can take longer.
  • Plastic kits ship within 2–5 business days, or together with your graphics.
  • At the latest, we deliver within 30 days of your order, or of your proof approval. If we’re later than that, contact us. You can give us a short extra period, and if we still don’t deliver, you can cancel and get a full refund.
  • We ship with FedEx (international) and SmartPosti (Lithuania). You’ll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.
  • Until the parcel is handed to you, the risk is ours: if it’s lost or damaged on the way, we reprint, replace or refund.

8. Cancelling and returns

Made-to-order items can’t be cancelled or returned. Graphics kits and everything else we print for you are made only for you from the moment you order. The law’s 14-day right of withdrawal doesn’t apply to them. Faulty items are always covered (section 9).

Installation: if you choose installation, you ask us to fit the graphics as part of your order. Plastics with our graphics fitted on them are personalised, so they can’t be returned either.

Plastic kits:

  • If you live in the EU, EEA or UK and buy as a consumer, you can return plastic kits within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. This applies whether you ordered them alone or with graphics. It doesn’t apply to plastics we fitted graphics on, and never to the graphics themselves.
    • Tell us by email (you can use the form below), then send the plastics back within 14 days to Bijūnų g. 17, 66226 Druskininkai, Lithuania.
    • You pay the return shipping.
    • You may unpack the plastics and check that they fit, as you would in a shop. If they come back fitted, drilled, scratched or with stickers applied, we deduct the lost value from your refund.
    • We refund the price and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days of your notice, but we may wait until the plastics are back with us or you show us you’ve sent them. We refund to your original payment method.
  • Everyone else (customers outside the EU, EEA and UK, and business customers): plastic kits can’t be returned unless they’re faulty.

Model withdrawal form (plastic kits only)

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following goods: ___
Ordered on / received on: ___
Order number: ___
Name: ___

Date: ___

9. Faulty or damaged items

  • If you’re a consumer in the EU, you have a legal guarantee of 2 years from delivery. A fault that shows up within the first year is assumed to have been there on delivery.
  • If something arrives damaged or faulty, email photos and your order number to [email protected] as soon as you notice. First we reprint or replace the faulty pieces free of charge. If that’s not possible or takes too long, you can have a price reduction or a refund.
  • We reply to every complaint within 14 days.
  • These aren’t faults:
    • mistakes in details you gave us or approved in a proof;
    • wear from use, crashes, pressure washing, or installation not done by us;
    • small colour differences from your screen.

10. Logos, files and designs

  • By sending us logos or files, you confirm you have the right to use them. We may refuse a design that would infringe someone else’s rights.
  • Our designs remain our intellectual property. You may not copy or resell them.

11. Liability

We’re responsible for loss or damage we cause by breaking these terms, as the law requires. We’re not responsible for losses that weren’t foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing here limits our liability where the law doesn’t allow it, for example for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your mandatory consumer rights.

12. Your personal data

How we use your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

13. Disputes and applicable law

  • These terms are governed by Lithuanian law. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
  • If something goes wrong, please contact us first at [email protected]. We’ll do our best to sort it out.
  • If we can’t agree, consumers can turn to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba, Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt) for free out-of-court dispute resolution, including online at www.e-vartotojas.lt.
